Pakistan Air Force JF-17 and C-130 Arrives in UK for RIAT 2025

Pakistan Air Force’s (PAF) advanced JF-17 Thunder Block-III fighter jets and C-130 Hercules transport aircraft have arrived at RAF Fairford, United Kingdom, to take part in the Royal International Air Tattoo (RIAT) 2025, the world’s biggest military airshow, held from July 18 to 20.

JF-17 Block-III to Showcase Pakistan’s Air Power

The JF-17 Thunder Block-III, Pakistan’s latest 4.5-generation fighter jet, will participate in flying displays and exhibitions, highlighting its AESA radar, BVR missile capability, and digital fly-by-wire system. The aircraft flew over 5,000 km with mid-air refueling support from an IL-78 tanker.

C-130 Features Special “Eyes in the Skies” Livery

The C-130 Hercules will take part in the static display, featuring a unique “Eyes in the Skies” theme, representing advanced surveillance and situational awareness. This marks another creative effort by PAF to stand out at international events.

Participation in RIAT 2025 places Pakistan on the global aerospace map, promoting the JF-17’s export potential and showcasing PAF’s operational strength and long-range deployment capability.
